My name is Art Moats, I've had 6 By-pass heart surgery and a stent placed after one of the by-passes collasped. I have high blood pressure, diabetic & high bad colestural. Only $19 to my name after paying bills this month. I was supporting my wife who has turet syndrom and my step-daughter who is a special needs child. I was their main supporter til this latest setback. I'm asking help
